LO: To Often Wonder If You've Ever Done The Biggest Poo In The World That Day

11/24/2025

In this episode the Two Mr Ps are back recording virtually in the chaos of late November, catching up on life, school and the absolute slog that is autumn term two. Lee talks about how busy the past few weeks have been with training and travelling, and shares his appreciation for all the lovely messages after his MBE ceremony.
There is a bit of telly chat as they recommend a new drama series they are both hooked on and compare that with the reality of trying to watch anything when you have young children and a very creative relationship with the TV remote.
The main thread of the episode is built around the question “What is something everybody does but never admits to?” How many of these do you do but would never admit?

The conversation then shifts into school life, with a proper chat about teaching assistants and support staff. They unpack why so many TAs say “I am just a TA”, how the system pushes people to feel undervalued, and why in reality schools could not function without them. That leads into a wider discussion about workload, accountability and the impact of inspection culture on staff wellbeing.
As always, there are plenty of classroom moments and pupil one liners sprinkled through, capturing the everyday chaos, honesty and unfiltered logic of children in school. Alongside some more funny tales submitted for the live tour that didn't quite make the shows.

The lads are gearing up for their annual Christmas special so if you have any funny festive tales, do share.

Welcome back to another episode of Two Mr Ps in a Podcast! It’s a big one this week as the lads sit down to record on a very special day, the day Lee received his MBE at Windsor Castle from none other than Prince William. From being suited and booted to explaining TeachMateAI to the heir to the throne, Lee shares every detail of the surreal experience including a story about his dad making quite the royal impression in the toilets of Windsor.
Before that, the brothers look back on their final live show of 2025 in Belfast at the iconic Ulster Hall. From 200 people in their first ever Belfast gig to more than 800 this time round, it’s been an unbelievable journey though The Other Mrp still hasn’t learned his pre-show “don’t eat the mixed grill” lesson. Cue kebabs, chaos, and one very unexpected chat with a tipsy local who mistook them for a different nationality.
Then it’s back to classroom life with a brilliant thread on “What would shock your 13-year-old self about who you’ve become?” There’s also a round-up of teacher call-and-response fails, awkward classroom moments , and a few classic listener stories that go from pure innocence to total chaos.
To finish, the lads tackle your listener questions from how to handle job rejection to which famous person they’d bring back for a chat and Adam gives his glowing review of seeing Five live (complete with a few unexpected fan encounters).

The lads are gearing up for their annual Christmas special so if you have any funny festive tales, do share.

Welcome back to another episode of Two Mr Ps in a Podcast as the lads return for Autumn 2 after a hectic few weeks on the road. It has been a rollercoaster since half term, from hospital trips and sleepless nights to a marathon run of sold-out live shows that saw almost 8,000 of you join the fun across the country. The Mr Ps share their gratitude for everyone who came along, laughed, cheered, and made the Let That Be a Lesson tour the biggest and best yet.
They chat about the whirlwind of the October tour run including highlights from Manchester, Rhyl, Exeter, London, and Brighton before revealing how their first-ever American TV appearance didn’t quite go to plan. You can watch the interview here - https://youtu.be/MD_b8zz3HG8?si=kDoOSZPy_rFgjZz7. After the tour tales come the teaching giggles with a thread packed full of teachers’ most awkward and unfortunate Google searches. Expect laugh-out-loud moments as they read through real-life stories of innocent classroom searches gone horribly wrong. There are also a few unforgettable tales of email mix-ups, accidental swearing, and one jaw-dropping WhatsApp blunder that left a teacher red-faced in front of their entire staff. As always, it is the perfect mix of teacher chaos, relatable humour, and pure classroom gold.
